On Friday Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman Gry Nergard said The Facebook is breaking the European Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications by placing advertise directly in users' news feeds. If Facebook does not stop it could be taken to court by consumer organizations in the Nordic countries.
